Order Cancellation Policy
At Islairarstane, we aim to provide a clear and straightforward order cancellation process. This policy explains the conditions for cancellation, how to submit a request, and how approved refunds are processed.
1. Order Cancellation Eligibility
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request cancellation.
After 48 hours, or once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be available through our standard cancellation process. After delivery, you may request a return and refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
If an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will notify you of the delay and provide the applicable options for accepting the delay or cancelling the order for a refund.
2. Cancellation Request Procedure
To request cancellation, contact us by email or telephone and provide your order number and payment confirmation.
We will review the order status and notify you whether the cancellation can be processed. An order is not considered cancelled until we confirm the cancellation.
If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Return And Exchange Policy for the applicable return procedure.
3. Refund Processing and Timing
Approved cancellation refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For payments made by Visa or Mastercard, the refund will be returned to the card account used for the purchase.
Refunds generally appear within 3-5 business days after processing. Actual posting times may vary depending on the card issuer and payment processing arrangements. If your refund has not appeared within this period, please contact us for assistance.
